Take the fresh Sea Moss and rinse until water is clean/clear, Boil with spring water for about 30 minitues making sure the sea moss is covered. Once it is cool enough, pour into a blender and blend into a gel. Do not ever cover the sea moss; you can cover with a cheese cloth.
