Our Story
Roots Journi is a natural wellness brand rooted in herbal healing, education, and intentional living. Our purpose is to support the body, mind, and spirit through thoughtfully crafted herbal remedies and holistic guidance.
This Journi began after a traumatic injury in 2014, when I turned to natural remedies to support my healing and overall health. Through studying herbs and experiencing their benefits firsthand, my passion for herbal wellness grew into a calling to help others heal naturally.
Roots Journi exists to educate, empower, and support natural restoration. I believe nature provides what the body needs to heal when given the right support.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. For consultations and personalized wellness plans, payment may be required in advance or at the time of your appointment.

RETURN POLICY
Roots Journi is committed to providing high-quality herbal products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of the order date.
To start a return, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Due to the nature of herbal products and freshness standards, Roots Journi does not accept returns on opened or used items. All orders are recorded during packaging to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
If an incorrect item is sent due to our error, you may keep it, and the correct product will be sent to you at no additional cost. Roots Journi does not offer exchanges, store credits, or substitutions.
